Our brief was to take visual ownership of the Moody’s event brand and design a striking staging solution that could be rolled out internationally. Moody’s is an essential component of the global capital markets, providing credit ratings, research, tools and analysis that contribute to transparent and integrated financial markets.
With so many events of different sizes, in so many locations, it was important that we propose a sustainable, adaptable and transportable solution. Inspiration happened upon us on a shopping outing! Our creative team were drawn to retail advertising displays with large fabric light boxes and developed a staging idea with these units. We designed and produced a portable and practical array of panels, to which Moody’s specific artwork could be applied.
The design gives the Moody’s brand a clean, crisp look but its elegance compliments the décor and style of modern and historic venues that the events take place in. Panels can be rearranged to suit the shape and size of any event space. Equally the fabric prints that are attached to the front of the light boxes are easily interchangeable between the two arms of the Corporation.
Above all, we are proud of the sustainability of this project and the environmental benefits of our design. The panels can be positioned anywhere near a standard power supply as they are LED based. LED lights are up to 80% more efficient than traditional lighting.
So many event backdrops are a one-off make and can’t be reused. These light box panels are already being used in London, Europe, Africa and the U.S. on a repeat basis for meetings, conferences and exhibitions. They are versatile and work as a group as a stunning backdrop with flown presentation screen but equally as stand alone pieces for registration and refreshment areas.
