This was the second year running that we had the privilege of delivering the Director’s Annual Dinner at the Science Museum, where we have been an accredited production company since 2015.

Guests were welcomed into the Energy Hall with an impressive backdrop which celebrated 250 years of the circus. Our creative installation complemented the theatrical display of acrobats, jugglers and stilt-walkers with a red and gold themed lighting solution, festoon runs
Moving into ‘Exploring Space’, we designed and produced a circus soundscape which was played back through a series of linked speakers, evoking a real sense of atmosphere as the VIP audience made their way to the stunning array of museum exhibits in ‘Making the Modern World’.
A sleek white backdrop, with integrated presentation screen and framed by light boxes were designed and built for those taking the stage, including HRH Princess Royal who was awarded the first fellowship for her tireless efforts in encouraging young people, especially women, to consider careers in science and engineering.
Host, Jo Quinton-Tulloch, Director of the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford, spoke about the collective ambition across the Science Museum Group and Director of the Science Museum Group, Ian Blatchford, led the black-tie audience on a journey through the year’s highlights.
